Heart of England Pet-friendly Holidays

Love the late check out. Family room was great.

I booked a twin room for my daughter & I to share. It was perfect. Plenty of space for 2 people. Wardrobe had plenty of hangers and the bathroom had plenty of space for all our bits & pieces! Our room was spotless and it was nice to have the option of different pillows. The air conditioning was preset but it was easy to change this to our preferred temp. I really liked the option to not have our bedlinen or towels changed. We were only there for 2 nights so it wasn’t necessary to wash / change these - so much better for our planet! The towels were very thick and plush!! The shower was so powerful and easy to regulate. We appreciated the green tea options in our room which were replaced regularly too. The buffet breakfast was amazing & faultless. So much choice. Everything so fresh and frequently replaced. Excellent staff and so friendly when we asked for help. Great location for a trip to London. I would highly recommend this hotel!

We were there for a weekend stay to celebrate a birthday and I’d like to say how much we enjoyed our stay . The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room was lovely modern and bright with an incredible view of the river and several landmark buildings all around. The little touches like a happy birthday note with chocolate, slippers and gowns in the room , all helped to make for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was good with nice seating and a lovely buffet and helpful staff. I’d like to give a special mention to Andrea who made checkout stress free and easy. I think the location is amazing, being right on the River Thames is very special and it’s so easy to get into central London either by a quick taxi ride or several mainline stations within walking distance. I’d certainly recommend this hotel and will be returning for sure .

Excellent hotel would definitely stay here again. Well placed for the South Ken tube too and a 10 min walk to Harrods
