New England Pet-friendly Holidays

I have stayed here several times and it’s always been fine but it’s clearly seen better days now. There was one employee working in the whole hotel at 4pm on a Saturday so check in took 15 minutes. The bar is closed. The walls and shower of the room are worn out, dirty, scratched up.

Staff went above and beyond everyday! The dining options and location were amazing.

Great stay, the location was great but that bed was awesome, slept like a baby all 4 nights

Good location. Think the following items should have been in the unit: Tea towel, dish cloth, paper towels, sink stopper and 4 coffees (for 4 individuals). Both shower stalls should include shelves for shampoo, soap etc. FYI, the glass stove top has brown stains. The concierges were very friendly and helpful.

Not a huge fan of hotel, was a bit dated for the steep room charge.

The staff overall were very good but our room was noisy facing 57th street 8th floor we could have requested a move but the room was good and first bed I’ve stayed in more than a couple of days didn’t give me back ache so real bonus

Great room and staff

Great location near the Empire State Building and lots of great restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Stayed for 2 nights, they were very late making my room up on the 1st day. Even though I was out of the room for the better part of the day. I am an early riser, went down for coffee a few minutes after opening (literally had been waiting for hours) and when ordering a cappuccino, staff literally waved me off saying it was ‘too early” for specialty drinks, and handed me a house coffee.. little off putting.

Very clean property, European standard clean. Staff were always very helpful and friendly. Will stay here again.
