Honolulu Pet-friendly Holidays

Small rooms, very nice staff. No views unfortunately. Very nice restaurant with nice breakfast menu. Convenient walk to many nice locations in Waikiki. parking spots all around on the streets.

Location, staff, view, well kept and managed.

Breakfast was relatively basic but enjoyable, pool is tiny and a little lackluster. The cleaners were awful however. In the 8 days they only tried to come through three times at the most random hours. And only half cleaned when they did come. Staff were wonderful and overall cleanliness was great.

Nice spacious room with a view of the Ocean. Great restaurants and shops nearby including Marugame Udon and Paia Fish House. Ross and Nordstrom Rack are located on the same block as well as Starbucks. Easy walk to the beach.

We were on the City view side. A hotel or condos building g across the street was having construction the whole time & our room was very noisy from it. As Leo the glass sliding door was our of line so it didn’t shut good.

Overall the stay wasn’t terrible. We booked a room with two full beds for four people. Staff was nice, and the rooms were nice too, although they were very small. Housekeeper only came once to change our sheets for our whole 6 day trip, not satisfied with that considering every day was spent on the beach and our room and sheets were sandy. On the third day, we came back from the beach and when we came in the hotel there was missing food from our desk. We asked to speak to the manager and there wasn’t one in the building at the moment. We didn’t end up talking to a manager because we didn’t want to create a hassle, but unbelievable. Also they charge you $300 once you check in on top of everything you paid for. This was for the “amenities”. None of the amenities included having a coffee maker, microwave, or water in the hotel room. Didn’t know why we had to pay for that if we didn’t use their wifi, gym, or any other of their amenities. On the website it said vallet parking was around $58 and we were ready to pay for it, until the gentlemen in the front said it would be $80 because our car was considered a “oversized vehicle”. We had a Jeep Wrangler. A car that can fit in any parking spot. They are only looking to charge you for anything possible. It wasn’t terrible, but we have stayed at plenty of other hotels that were way better and cheaper on Waikiki. Do not recommend this one.

The staff was helpful in arranging cabs for us. We did a lot of walking. The hotel was close to a lot of restaurants and food courts. The hotel was nice and clean and our room was nicely renovated

We really enjoyed to stay in this hotel.
