Rooms were cleaned daily and well done. The staff was courteous, friendly and accommodating in addressing any issues and inquiries. The spa was lovely and well maintained. We had an awesome and enjoyable time as a result.

The staff were amazing! We got in on a 10am flight and were able to check in early with no extra cost. There was a water machine that had free Icelandic water, including sparkling water. There's a Starbucks and a restaurant connected to the hotel which is very convenient. The location was very central and ideal, as well.

Clean, warm, comfortable room. In fact, so warm we had to open windows, even after turning the heating down.
The view was superb, probably the best in Reykjavik.
The only constructive criticism might be that there was nowhere to hang clothes, but there was ample space to leave both suitcases open, so not a big deal.

It was very neat, tidy!! Loved that it had a cooking station! Did coffee and tea every day!! Staff was not to friendly, but i found alot of Icelanders were not on the very friendly side unfortunately!

Room was nice and clean. Surrounding countryside was amazing. All automated hotel- didn't see staff until morning during breakfast. Received code for entry in email in advance. I liked the location- north of Vik and close to Skogafoss (sp?)
