Tancah Mountain Holidays

This is an all inclusive but really not so only a few restaurants are open and later for dinner you have to pay to get in a restaurant you get a few waters when you get there than you have to pay for bottled water. The bathroom design makes it uncomfortable if you have kids with you shower uses glass tile which you can see the body not completely but still and no shower door so water everywhere.

It was great value. Clean and convenient. Food was delicious . People were friendly. A/C didn’t work well in one bedroom and we couldn’t get TV’s to connect to any streaming service and could not cast.

Room was clean but two of our 5 days they gave us no wash rags to wash after a hot day buffet food was not that great most drinks wateres down besides in reservation restaurants. I booked honey moon sweet for a 10 year anniversary at time of booking I requested out door jacuzzi room we were on 6th floor above all jacuzzi rooms and could see not one person was on them balconies our whole stay yet we were put in a diff room told them rooms are booked definitely not pool almost to warm to be refreshing staff was very nice helpful mostly we definitely still had a great trip fun 1st time in cancun oh yeah and one of the nights staff was chanting very loudly at 3am in the main lobby waking my husband and I up as well

Todo está en muy malas condiciones no le recomiendo a nadie ir a ese hotel la comida súper mala, mala atención todo fue una terrible mala experiencia necesito mi dinero de vuelta

Beautiful Resort , we had a pleasant stay. The staff was great and our personal concierge Fonzi was everything we needed for our odds and end on our trip. He provided above and beyond service.

My husband and I just got back and it was probably the best vacation we have had! RIU had an amazing room, great pools and amazing restaurants! The steak house was so good!!!! We will definetley stay here again!!!
