Lovely clean and comfy bed. Repair to towel rail carried out immediately. Quiet setting despite the nearness of roads. Staff on the premises very good. Bar staff and breakfast staff excellent. Booking was diabolical. AI was rubbish.

I liked that the hotel was a short walk to Pimlico station and very central to where I needed to go.

Have all my travels in 30+ years this was the best breakfast. Location was convenient to everything, especially Victoria station, and the size of the room was very comfortable as where the beds.

the hotel is really nice,clean and elegant. very convenient to go to different places. accessible to everything. we enjoyed our stay and the staffs are really helpful.Location is a plus.

This amazing location boasts a beautiful and spotless room, plus it’s super spacious. I’ll definitely be returning for a weekend in London.

Terrific location adjacent to Kensington Park and a short walk to the Palace. Room had a sitting area that felt roomy for two travelers. Staff were very helpful & courteous. Didn’t get to try the restaurant but the coffee station available every morning was much appreciated!

This is a great place as a tourist because of the location. You are near everything and there is so much to do which is amazing! However I would not rate it 5 star because the rooms themselves. We stayed at the basic rooms but for a 5 star I would’ve like more. Beside that the room did its job and having it be close to everything is a great reason to book this place.

An historic building in a great location, to be sure. But if I have to be honest, it was my worst sleep in 2 weeks of travel. The A/C was ineffective and recurring sounds of police or other emergency vehicles through the night ruined what could have been a very nice stay. We may have been upgraded to a larger room but the bathroom was minuscule and could accommodate one person only. Breakfast was fine but pricey. Would not stay here again.
