Lovely hotel with friendly staff, very comfy bed, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean. Continental breakfast is good. All in all a great stay.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for seven nights. We loved the location right across the street from the tube and a bus stop. The surrounding South Kensington neighborhood was very nice and felt high-end. The staff was kind and professional. Our room was well appointed. The mattress, bedding and towels were luxurious. We will definitely be coming back when we visit London next time. I highly recommend this property.

It was better than I expected. Location was perfect and it was so clean and very quiet even though it was at the heart of most visited touristic spot. I love the layout-- everything about it was perfect. When I am in London next time I would go back.
