Clean room and very friendly, helpful staff. About 10 minutes walk to the MTR station and less than 15 minutes to Kai Tak Malls. Very convenient stay overall.

Very cold place and aircon in the room was not possible to warm up the room. Bathroom cleaning is not adequate and the corners with mold. The hotel male reception was not friendly and supportive.

Fun "Nordic" style hipster boutique hotel. Great location in Kowloon walkable to TST and Jordan, rooms high enough above street traffic to be quiet. 5 min walk to Metro. 25 min downhill walk to Austin Road MTR/West Kowloon Station.

This hotel still new, overall is good. however, the sound proofing isn't that good. the pillow quality is not good. The cleaning staff needs to be more detailed as rubbish bin was not emptied, the refreshment tray was not topped up while my stay. Receiption staff are friendly. Location is convenient.

Excellent service, beautiful

Cannot express how wonderful our stay at the Lanson Place was. From the moment we checked in, staff was on top of things getting us situated in. We like to express a gratitude to the manager Kevin and front desk staff, after 14 hours of travel, the level of engagement we received was exceptional. Next we wish to thank you Annie, who every day made us welcome to breakfast, the most important meal of the day. We enjoyed the balance between western and hong kong breakfast. We wish to also extend our gratitudes to the housekeeping staff who attentively ensured our utmost level of comfort. We should note, that having the ability to do laundry on site, helped us reduced the amount of clothing we had to use. Next time, we will be sure to pack less, leaving room for more souvenirs. The Lanson Place is a gem, a island of tranquility in the bustling causeway bay. Convenient and easy access to the metro line, it was a good choice for our base during our hong kong visit. We highly recommend others to stay here, it is a treat and wonderful experience. Thank you for everything. We will see you again.
