We moved here after a very bad experience with a hotel in the old quarter and we are so pleased we did. From the size of the room to the amazing staff ( and breakfast Choices) you won’t be disappointed staying here. By Westlake, there are wonderful restaurants, views and beauty spas walking distance from the hotel. Particular praise to the reception staff and Truc Quynh in the restaurant who made us feel like VIPS.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in all of Asia! Staff is outstanding and rooms are modern and spacious. The food is also very good. Spend a few extra dollars for an executive room, the lounge you get access to is well worth the price difference.

Prompt and exceptional service, excellent amenities, luxurious standard rooms, incredible value. Two grocery stores located within the same building with wide selection of wares. Countless F&B options walking distance from the hotel and nice neighbourhood overall.
