The staff is unbelievable with helping with anything like transportation, booking restaurants, making recommendations.
Everyone was so kind and the location is the best. Even though it is so close to St Marks, it is super quiet.

Staff was extremely helpful in navigating the city and making arrangements for reservations and transportation. The hotel location is perfect for seeing all the major sites while still giving you a more quiet evening by hotel if needed.
The upstairs bar was a nice spot to relax at the end of a busy day - just wish it stayed open later (closed at 9:30) and drink prices were a very pricey.
