"The breakfast was horrible and Expedia gave us two queen beds, which I requested a king bed room. The hotel was very nice to switch it but Expedia put you where they want too and I didn’t like that."
"My stay started off on the wrong foot. When I arrived at the hotel, my room wasn't the one I had reserved. I also asked about parking, but there was no valet service and no one offered to help or provide any guidance.
Breakfast was another disappointment. I don't understand the purpose of having a breakfast card when the selection was so limited. The food consisted of fried potatoes, mushy scrambled eggs, and coffee that was so weak it tasted more like tea.
