The room did not have hot water in the shower. The first day we had to let the water (wastefully) run for 30 minutes to get any sort of warmth. Called downstairs to have someone look at it. It eventually got hot. The next day same thing! But this time we were on a time constraint. We didn’t get to shower before we had to leave home. I complained, that we the customer paid these exuberant amounts of resort fees just to have no hot water. The man on the other side was very kind and gave me a breakfast credit as well as waived our resort fees. I probably will try staying here again giving it one more chance because it is very close to UNLV where we go to watch swim meets. I was disappointed this time. Was hoping for better.

Yes everything i was expecting was up to par. I loved my experience ♥️ ❤️

Easy check in and comfortable stay

The room was spacious with a fireplace.The adjoining restaurant had good food with helpful staff.

The staff was very nice, the hotel was beautiful, the only thing is the kitchen was very tiny and the fridge did not work good at all. Also the tv in the rooms are so outdated, you can't even watch Netflix, the best thing about the room was the bathroom and how big it was. I would not stay there again because you want to relax in bed and watch tv you cant because the tv and the channels on it are terrible

Providing basic amenities like ice cube tray would be a first. Provide a information sheet so that renters know how to log on the WiFi and or Bluetooth.

Consistently one of the best properties in Vegas. Food, service, cleanliness and convenience are always top notch.

There were windows in the shower that anyone in the room could see through and no curtain or covering available for privacy and no door to the shower room

There is no got tub here!! Please update the room details.

Clean, spacious, room with a fridge! Casino has lots of machines and tables were very clean. Staff friendly throughout. Short walk to the strip!
