The room and the food were both good but the biggest is just that about no one speaks English there (I met just one who did. Of all the people, all were Asian except me. The hotel is huge and difficult to navigate Posting more directional signals would be a big benefit.

Frankly speaking, this Sanya resort is the worst Anantara I've been to. The breakfast was poor, the property is so small, and the only thing remind me that it's an Anantara is the fragrance.
