San José Province Kid friendly Holidays

Three hotel and ground are beautiful and well-maintained. Location is great.

We booked a room here at the last minute after the hotel we originally booked had double booked our room and left us with nowhere to stay after some long flights. We were so pleased to be here, the hotel is immaculate and all the staff so friendly and welcoming. Scarlett who checked us in was particularly helpful and friendly. The bed and pillows were the comfiest I have had at a hotel. The breakfast also really good and excellent value.

Staff were outstanding in their eagerness to help. Very comfortable room and fine breakfast. Such a convenient location for seeing the principal sights.

I often stay at the Sheraton Escazú because it is very convenient for my business meetings in the area. The location works very well for me. One of the main positives is the value. The price is quite reasonable compared to other hotels nearby. The rooms are also spacious, the bed is comfortable, and overall it works well for a business trip where you need a reliable place to sleep and work. What could improve are some of the common areas. The hallways could be a bit cleaner, and the lobby would benefit from stronger air conditioning since it tends to feel warm. Overall, it is a practical and well-located hotel for business travel in Escazú, with comfortable rooms and good value, though the common areas could use some improvement.

It was a really nice property with gated parking, nice outside seating and a great pizza restaurant. The staff was wonderful and very helpful.
