Not enough toilet paper. Shampoo dispenser broken. One of the elevators out of service. Must carry access card everywhere around the hotel because you can’t go to the parking lot and come back into the building without it. You can’t use the lobby restrooms without the key either.

the walls were so thin that you could hear everything- our room was on the third floor but could hear people talking in the seating area outside the lobby. They were LOUD!!!! the water pressure in the sink was very low. the location was good.

We had one night there and were planning to camp for the next two nights, so we had a ton of stuff with us. The staff were very helpful and helped us bring some items into the room. The room was, of course, really nice. We would go there again.
