Island Park Kid friendly Holidays

So close to Times Square. Everything was convenient. Room was surprisingly quiet. Clean. Smallish elevators but all good

We were not able to dim the lights in the room. We were able to hear conversations from other rooms. The lights were too bright or off. The service was great but not happy with the room lights

The rooms of the Lotte desperately need to be updated. The hotel exterior is beautiful and the location can’t be beat. Most of the staff was really lovely as well.

The ACE team is always so lovely and helpful. And the location can't be beat. The hotel is tired and needs an update. One set of elevators was out for part of our stay, the shelving was coming down in our bathroom, and the furniture in the lounge is no longer shabby chic, it's just shabby. But I still love it for staff, location and people watching!

Room was very clean. Daily housekeeping provided. Front desk, housecleaning and front door staff were all very friendly and helpful. Really liked the 2nd floor hospitality suite. It was a great place to unwind after a day of sightseeing in NYC. Rooms were pretty small, but 2nd floor suite allowed for stretching out with more space. We could hear some street noise, during busy hours at night and morning, but not enough to prevent an enjoyable stay. Location was very convenient. Would stay here again.

The room was spotless, and the staff was very accommodating. The bed was quite comfortable.
