"Apartment just like on the pictures. Good size for 2 adults and 1 kids. 2 kids would be okay but no more than that. Not too much storage. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Appliances such hairdryer, raclette grill, fondue are available upon request at the front desk. Spa/jacuzzi is a plus. ..."

"The details of the hotel on Expedia were misleading when I booked.The details have been changed on Expedia since. A jacuzzi and swimming pool were advertised.No charge was mentioned for use of the jacuzzi. When I arrived I was told that the jacuzzi costs €6 per 20 minutes per person and must be booked ..."
