The shower was a little strange, but it did spit out hot water, so it still gets full marks.

Unfortunately, the elevators did not work during our stay. Out of five elevators only two worked. The breakfast buffet was very good, well staffed and had a lot of variety.

There were issues with the elevators. Every time they stopped on our floor they were completely full. After waiting for 20 minutes we finally took the elevator going up just so we can go down.

Denise was AMAZING!! She made check in a seamless process.

It was a surprisingly great stay!

Staff was super friendly and helpful! Room was clean and well appointed. The daily happy hour is three hours long and includes complimentary beer and wine and lite noshes. Breakfast was fantastic and had something for everyone. GREAT location. Subway is just a few steps away. This is our new favorite property in NYC.

This is what a hotel is supposed to feel like. Flawless service and excellent accommodations.

The hotel was nice and located in a good location for walking to the theater. The hotel did not provide information on the Uber shuttle which would have saved me over $100++ had I known, there was no complimentary water in the room, and there was no refrigerator to use. The refrigerator in the room was stocked with various drinks that sat on sensors in the refrigerator facing the opposite direction. Which is a trap, because if you touched the item to read the label it would automatically charge your credit card. There was no space left in the refrigerator for putting any personal items in there.
