Far North Side Kid friendly Holidays

Friendly staff but shockingly our room didn’t have a fridge! 😔 It is a 4 star hotel and it wasn’t up to my expectations. The continental breakfast was mediocre at best.

This location is primarily a place where people live as in an apartment complex. The hotel part of it seems to be more for people doing longer stays. That means you’re not get the normal amenities or service you would get with a more traditional hotel. It is not a bad location, but I would try not to stay here again.

This property is really dated. Dark hallways with dingy carpet and walls and outdated carpet and wallpaper in room. The shower was nice and the included soap and shampoos were high quality. The bed was comfortable. The thermostats are really old too. Way expensive for what you get. It's probably because it is hooked to the airport and is convenient.

Everything was so amazing me and my husband really enjoyed ourselves the band was awesome and the restaurant was very nice and inexpensive

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with excellent exterior lighting that made me feel secure. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay, making for a very positive experience.
