We stayed here for an event. Lovely stay. Comfortable. The room wasn’t ready when we arrived which made us rush to our event. Great location and quiet.

The Clermont at Charing Cross was a nice reprieve from the bustling city around it.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Truly a gorgeous hotel with outstanding staff in a very central and convenient location. Afternoon tea in the Palm Court was devine!

Helpful staff, quiet rooms and a fantastic location right next to Chinatown and Leicester Square

The hotel was well appointed and clean. The room and amenities were exactly as described and the location is amazing!

Hotel is in a ideal spot if you wish to go to any of the theatres also walkable to Oxford st and Regent street also plenty of places available in order to get something to eat.

Fantastic helpful staff

This location is very nice. It’s clean, smells good, and is super close to the train. My husband and I brought our daughters age 17 and 13. We had a fully booked trip of seeing all the things… and this location was safe, clean, and nicely by public transportation. We didn’t spend a ton of time at the hotel specifically but the rooms were adorable and clean. A great size I imagine, given the price. We were really happy and I’d recommend this location.

The bathroom wall is translucent and shines bright light onto bed when bathroom is being used. This greatly disturbs those asleep in bed whenever bathroom is used.

Room was tiny - no consideration to my request for a bath - pillows way to thick/firm - don't put water in rooms just a carafe to fill yourself
