San Francisco Kid friendly Holidays

Room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Check-in staff was very polite and professional. The property was beautiful and close to lots of shops and restaurants at the Wharf.

The hotel was perfect, great location, clean and in a spot that was easy to get around Frisco!

We were obsessed with our room! The hotel is beautiful with soem cool chill vibes! Receptionist was super friendly. Definitely will be staying there again!

Game room was amazing. Very convenient location. Free smores were great.

This was my second stay at the Fairmont. My first stay was 5 stars all the way. The second time my room was tiny, the toilet ran, the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, I called twice to the front desk for help or even acknowledgement of my situation. No return call or outreach. For the price I paid, it was not great customer service. Don’t know if I’ll return. I do believe the primary problem was they were booked up and understaffed. Disappointing.
