The room was spacious, there was a single and a queen size bed ( the big bed had a bit of a dip in it where most people would recline to watch tv (me too), so for sleeping I moved to the middle of the bed - that was my only quibble sitting the week I was there. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the woman who made up my room (even though I'm not a tipper I did this time).
Charm Resort is a great location- over the road from the beach and a short walk to shops and eating places.
If you need a bike (scooter) to get around the island on you could try MrJack who is such a nice bloke and his missus makes a great coffee contact them on +66890443035

Right on the beach. Hotel 20 years old but very well kept up together, staff execellent all so happy. Rooms very clean and modern, breakfast excellent

This is a resort that looks like a Caribbean all-inclusive resort. The breakfast buffet is very nice and has a lot of variety. The beach is not as published in the pictures, the water is darker and when we were there high winds and red flag did not allow us to swim. The pools and amenities for children are perfect. It has pool bars and food service in restaurants and room. It also has a self laundry in the property. Prices are a little high inside but service is nice. You have a supermarket in front for small shopping and/or liquor.

We would have liked the access stairs to the beach to be properly maintained. I use a walking stick & the whole of the resort was totally accessible. Including the swim-up pool access room.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Khao Lak centre.
Very convenient for exploring outside the hotel, with town on your doorstep.
Staff very friendly, nothing too much trouble.
We stayed in a sea view suite which was clean and had plenty of space.
Also managed early check in which was appreciated after travelling for 24hrs.
Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Quiet and relaxed - great for young kids. The staff were awesome & very friendly. The resort has a great atmosphere with beautiful surroundings. Really enjoyed the rooftop pool for relaxing after a busy day.
