The hotel was very clean and well taken are of. The front desk check-in staff member was friendly and quick. She even had a birthday button for me even though I had not told them ahead of time that it was my birthday. She did however accidentally circle the wrong building on the map where our room was but this was easily corrected by us about 2 minutes later. The room was very spacious and well appointed. They are trying to minimize plastic waste so the room had it's own water purifier which was very handy and saved us from having to buy extra water or use extra plastic bottles. We did have an issue with the WIFI refusing to connect to our devices randomly and it took some fiddling with settings on our end to get this working. This happened several times over the few days hat we were there. The breakfast buffet was well worth the money and had a huge selection of foods. We would definitely stay here again.

"Travelled as a family of 4 with 5yo and 8yo. We utilised the shuttle alot, to get to the Disney MTR station and obviously to Disney. Very convenient, never had to wait long and exceptional aircon. I especially appreciated the shuttle bus when leaving the park at night - instead of battling thousands ..."
