Queensland Kid friendly Holidays

Just an okay stay in a Studio Superior room - it just had a very old feel about it with very low ceilings, giving it a cramped feel. The room smelled quite a bit as well which was very odd so I bought some room fragrance and kept the balcony door open which improved things a little. However the noise from the pool was very loud - perhaps I should have asked for a different room. My fault for not raising my concerns with the staff. The rest of the resort was fine. I guess for the price it wasn't all bad.

We did not use the breakfast area or the bar, but for those who does use these facilities would have a 5 star experience

Staff were lovely, amenities were good, we have kids so maybe a little more pool facilities, a slide or something of that nature would elevate the experience! The room has all you could need, maybe a little more towels or refresh of room stock more often would also be good, but overall, the experience was great! Thank you!!

Reasonable place great location right in surfers paradise. However pool shut every day until 4pm due to maintenance disappointing!!

Great location. Staff were helpful and exec lounge well worth it. Everything was clean and pool area was great as well.
