Truly amazing hotel, we got off to a bit of a poor start, check in staff wasn't great and then said my bags were in my room when they were not and then lost the slip and I had to point my bags out my self. After that everything went great, the hotel is amazing. The room is truly perfect apart from the fridge didn't work.
