This location is very nice. It’s clean, smells good, and is super close to the train.
My husband and I brought our daughters age 17 and 13. We had a fully booked trip of seeing all the things… and this location was safe, clean, and nicely by public transportation.
We didn’t spend a ton of time at the hotel specifically but the rooms were adorable and clean. A great size I imagine, given the price.
We were really happy and I’d recommend this location.

Our stay at Hotel Indigo K West was superb from start to finish. Every member of staff was a credit to the hotel—friendly, welcoming, and attentive, with excellent attention to detail throughout our stay.
What really stood out was the personal service. The staff made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived, and they even remembered our onward travel plans when checking out. These thoughtful touches made us feel valued and added a level of hospitality that is becoming increasingly rare.
The rooms were stylish, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed, with great attention to detail throughout. We were particularly impressed by the accessibility features, which were well considered and integrated seamlessly into the room design without compromising on comfort or style.
We had lunch at the Flock restaurant within the hotel, which was also excellent. The wood-fired pizzas were of a very high quality and the bar/restaurant area had a wonderful atmosphere, with great music that created a calm, relaxing, and welcoming environment.
Overall, the combination of exceptional service, comfortable and well-designed accommodation, excellent food, and a relaxed atmosphere made for a fantastic stay. We would not hesitate to return and would highly recommend Hotel Indigo K West to anyone visiting London.
