Everything was good except for the shower, which had an issue where the water temperature constantly elevated and lowered a couple of degrees--it never got too hot or too cold, but it was somewhat annoying.

Great location in Hanoi's old quarter and by Hoan Kiem lake.

Anna as the breakfast supervisor has been great.. she was bery helpful ơn advices and where to go.. the front desk staff were also very pleasant and welcoming .. We felt at home.. the breakfast menu was very good .. the location is super and the staff was very helpful.. we will come back ..

I loved this property, loved how central this property was. Although the area is noisy and overly crowded, it's what gives it the special touch for being in the Old quarter. In the end, they gave us some coffees and a gift for our stay. The room was small but the bathroom and shower were giant. The breakfast was good and all the decoration of the place is very nice. They say they gave me a room upgrade but I'm honestly not sure about that, since I'm VIP Platinum and the hotel was VIP Access. I recommend it if you want to get to know the center of Hanoi and be close to everything.

An amazing place. The staff are wonderful and the rooms are very clean, comfortable and beautifully done. I would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area! They have free bikes and you can easily get to the main sights. I would stay there again!

The hotel services were excellent and the staff were impeccable going over and above, no requests were too much and i would like to say a massive thank to Dac Vu from the butler team, he helped us out massively when our tour was rescheduled and can not thank him and the team enough for helping us out. Would highly reccomend this hotel and will definitely be back next time in Hanoi
