Bali Honeymoon Holidays

I absolutely loved my stay. If I ever come back to bali, I'd for sure consider going to this hotel. The staff were super friendly. The room was very spacious and the garden/pool/rice farm were gorgeous. A short ride from the shopping center and the monkey forest. They also had shuttle bus every few hours to the center. The rooms were clean and when I was staying, it seemed that they were renovating some of the rooms which would make them even nicer.

I can’t put into words how amazing this resort is. To the staff, food and cleanliness of the room. It was amazing especially for me and my family. My daughter was also accommodated for with a free crib by our bed. The views from the rooms and the main pool are amazing. I highly recommend this stay in Ubud. I enjoyed myself so much that I’ll be back in a few months!

I don't usually leave reviews but this resort was a wonderful experience, calm, tranquil and friendly.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, it has been luxurious treatment. I've been notified before our arrival of the arrangement and despite booking it wrong on the website to have 2 single beds instead of a king bed, they managed to accommodate it to our preferences last minute. The whole staff has been so friendly and very attentive to our needs throughout the trip, from messaging us the night prior to get our breakfast order to noticing our discomfort following a rough trip to Nusa Penida, they've even went above and beyond into providing us teas to calm our nerves which weren't on the menu or expected. All in all, I would definitely recommend staying at the Samata, it made our Bali stay unforgettable.

Staff are amazing with kids, the kids club is the best part of this hotel. They have so many activities for kids and can even take them swimming.

The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The rooms are nice and the overall property is well kept. If you’re just staying inside the hotel, it’s a pleasant experience. However, the surrounding area was not enjoyable. It’s quite loud, feels crowded, and overall lacks cleanliness. The food options nearby are low quality, and there were prostitutes outside at night, which made it feel less safe and not suitable for families. If this hotel were located in a better area, it would be a great stay. As it stands, the property is good, but the location significantly impacts the experience.

A beautiful resort close to the beach and shopping. We had a private pool and loved the privacy of it. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
