Check in was standard, though not the friendliest welcome. Room was upgraded, as per Expedia status. Though was nowhere near the standard I would expect for a 5 star super deluxe room. Pool view room, though the pool was only visible if you squeezed into the corner of the balcony. Had the continuous hum drum of an air con unit outside the window throughout the night Breakfast was not the standard you would expect for a 5 star venue. Food was replenished slowly on the buffet, there were a few stations around, but no signage telling you what was available, the food temperature was barely warm. As a one night stay after 24 hours travelling it was ok. I would struggle to stay here for longer.

Food was lovely, however quite expensive compared to other resorts. Rooms were clean, and surrounding facilities also very clean. Could do a bigger pool bar, and more staff on the front desk.

Resort is beautiful, staff are amazing. Restaurant is excellent. Breakfast is very good. The staff go above and beyond. Will stay at this property again. Excellent location.

The staff were amazing and super friendly and accommodating. A lovely place to stay. The private plunge pool was fantastic. Just watch out for the bugs. Unfortunately, we had bed bugs, which was quite evident when we looked at the mattress, When we showed the staff, they seemed very unperturbed. Like it was normal. They organised to change our room the same day though.

Siwa is wonderful! I would definitely recommend staying at Junjungan Hotel.
