Hotel Niwa is very nice. This is the second time we have stayed (8 nights this time). It is more expensive but the quality is excellent. Rooms are cleaned daily. There are washers and dryers which we used. No microwave in room but there is one in the laundry area. The meditation or quiet lounge is nice. The street is a couple of blocks from the main road but still close enough to train station.

Efficient staff. Did a good job scheduling airport ride and storing our bags. Restaurant prices were excessive.

The hotel and room were very nice and spacious — comparable to a standard room in the U.S., which was a pleasant surprise. The property was clean and well-maintained, and the best part was having a 7-Eleven right on-site! It made it so convenient to grab anything we needed. The staff were polite and professional, though the front desk interaction felt a bit dry at times — possibly due to the language barrier. When we asked for help with reservations or dinner options, it didn’t feel like they were eager to assist. That said, the hotel has great dining choices either on-site or at the sister properties across the courtyard, which made meals easy and enjoyable. The location is also excellent — close to Haneda Airport and just a short taxi or train ride to Shibuya and Shinjuku. The JR and the train station are about a 5–10 minute walk away. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again. The spacious rooms, cleanliness, and convenience made it a great choice for our trip.

Beautiful hotel with great food options and lovely park in which to walk when your time zone changes and you cannot sleep. Highly recommend.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Make sure to ask for extra softer pillows at the front desk. They have lots of items that you can borrow for free. 7 eleven located in the building is super handy and it’s near a Starbucks. Staff are super helpful and attentive. It’s not listed but if it’s raining you can purchase plastic rain covers for your luggage at the front desk. Thank you for the wonderful stay! arigato gozaimasu

The service and staff were top notch, and what I would expect from a hotel of this caliber. The space felt very regal and fitting of the hotel name. Location was great, close to several subway lines and across the street from the beautiful Hibiya Park. I stayed in the Tower, on a high floor, and the view was lovely, though I was facing the train line so you could hear the train running during the day (not a huge issue since I wasn't in my room much during the day). Bathroom was stocked with lots of toiletries. I do wish there was an iron and ironing board provided in the room (I called down and had one promptly delivered, but I feel like this should just be a standard in every room). The hotel gym was also really nice. There were plenty of cardio machines, a free weight station and an area for yoga/stretching. I used the hotel laundry service, too, which was pricey but I didn't want to sacrifice time having to find a laundromat / do it on my own.

I liked the fact that the location was close to subways, and that the hotel had laundry facilities. The staff were very excellent. The hotel was top notch.
