"For what was supposed to be a 4 star luxury resort, this fell far short, especially the room. The Tropical room had an "outdoor" area that was totally enclosed and unbearably hot. Also on the enclosed area 1/2 the lights did not work, the exhaust fans made a loud screeching sound and one was not ..."
