Lovely stay, lovely country and lovely people. I am with the RH but having issues claiming my points can you help.

This was our second stay at the Muscat Intercontinental and this time again it was a very happy experience at every level: location, welcome, cleanliness, food, and importantly every single member of staff we dealt with. Too many to name but everyone at the reception desk, at The Musandam and other restaurants, at the Club Lounge. All faultlessly pleasant, professional and helpful. All of this creates a gentle vibe and environment and we hope to visit again soon.

Respected our privacy, cleaned the room when we needed it to, breakfast was great and the workers were great to with big smiles. It was just great hospitality!

The room, hotel and breakfast options were fantastic. We opted for thr dinner as well and there was a great selection. The hotel is a bit out of the way though so bear that in mind when booking. Faisal was fantastic when checking us in and very kind as was Moosa. Overall, a great stay and would recommend.

A stunning hotel with a wonderful women's only beach. The breakfast is top notch.
