"Once a grand hotel now rather dated redeemed by an excellent spa. Needs a total refurbishment. No concierge to advise on mountain walks, no maps etc. out of season but only one of three restaurants open."

Friendly staff, internet speed needs upgrade

"Internet is the room was very slow. Not sufficient for work and video conference. Thankfully no conference was in progress and I was able to use the conference facility for a day. This had higher Internet speed of 25Gb.Thank you to the manager for accommodating."
