From the beginning booking and asking questions, responded to everything, very easy, once we arrived IVINO checked us in and showed us to the room and all features, after that we enjoyed how peaceful and beautiful this place is , the restaurant was very good, going to beach was a breeze with their shuttle , this is one of the best hotels i stayed at , i would highly recommend and would stay here again if i return

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. Our room was clean and comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience.
