Kept up well. Our butler Angelo was Awesome. Clean bathrooms. Free room upgrade. We also enjoyed all the brands of canned beer and bottled water available. We thought the food was quite good also. Kind people working at the resort.

We booked a king bed and Expedia said n upgraded room. At arrival we were moved to the upgrade room but it was not a king bed. They said they could move us until the next day. which they did but to the lowest rated rooms

The staff was PHENOMENAL! We had some experiences that would have been rated lower if the staff hadn't been so friendly and outstanding. For example, the ceiling in our room leaked after a rainfall, so much so that the ceiling fell down. The staff however was very responsive and quick to patch it up.
