Overall it was good. Staff is super friendly. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Food was not great. Pool usually clean but many tiles were falling off. There were at least 15 stray cats that were living on the property and people kept feeding them. there would be room service trays of food outside the doors that cats would get into. We were there 3 years ago and it was not like this. Staff was great,

Staff is not polite... the overcrowded hotel is not functional... everywhere you go, you find a long line of people... for coffee, for breakfast, for lunch, etc.
