Beautiful resort and amenities however the staff was not helpful, especially on the beach. There weren’t empty chairs set up, but a pile of them was free and workers didn’t want to move them to accommodate guests. Also, did not want to provide umbrellas to the majority of guests. Would have expected better service for the cost of the stay. Food everywhere was excellent and my children loved the water park.

We arrived and paid for early check in and did not get early check in. Once we did get to our room the bathtub was dirty the pillow cases were dirty and the entire hotel smelled like mildew. Some of the staff was snobby. You ask them a question and they just point! They charge for everything and have this VTA or VAT ( whichever one it is) tax on everything and everywhere you go in the resort.
