Staff are always ready to help and very professional. The hotel is very clean and always smells like heaven.

Cannot fault the hotel. Spacious rooms, very comfortable bed, with all you’d expect in a hotel like this. Area is very convenient for shopping and visiting nearby marina. Plenty of options for eating out and small supermarket not far a within easy walking distance. Breakfast had plenty of choice and staff are incredibly attentive throughout

It has recently done refurbishment in many of the rooms and they are clean and quiet. Good concierge who are very helpful. Nice breakfast.

Metro right outside so connected to all attractions also a walk across bridge and there is the dubai marina mall and the Marina. Gorgeous views from the room. Very easy check in process.

I went back to this property mainly because of the staff, they have the best staff members, from the reception team to pool staff, breakfast team. The staff makes your start comfortable and special. See you again very soon!

I had to book this hotel as a last minute option due to a family member being taken ill, my main request was to have a room that is quiet and away from any noise as I had spent most nights prior in hospital and hadn’t slept at all for almost a week. The check in lady was amazing and told me not to worry and I loved the room. The location was perfect as I was able to go to the mall very easily.
