Vietnam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism Fishing Holidays

The room looks just as the pictures advertised, wonderful staff, very informative, excellent customer service, the entire apartment is very spacious, new and beautiful. The location was excellent, close by all attractions around the old headquarter. You won’t be disappointed.

Our stay at the Hotel du Lac Signature as a family of five with three kids (two teens) was incredible. Communications before arrival were fantastic, it was in a great location in Hanoi and the accommodation itself was beautiful. Two things that really stood out were: 1) The food: the breakfast buffet was amazing, with everything being extremely fresh and varying every day. 2) the staff. I don’t think I have ever stayed in a hotel with such friendly and attentive staff. Every single team member was would greet us with a smile and offer to help at every turn. We really felt like VIPs- but I could see this is how they treated every guest. If I ever stay in Hanoi again, I would stay at the Hotel du Lac Signature without a second thought and couldn't recommend it more to anyone else travelling to Hanoi.

The staff were so helpful and friendly and attentive! The room was large and clean!

Amazing stay at May de Ville Lumiere! Family with teen and young adult. Great breakfast and helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend this hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter.

This was one of my favorite hotels to stay in as the staff was so kind and helpful. They made sure to take care of me and I really appreciate all of their hospitality and hard work. The location is close to everything and the room was spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again and if ever in Hanoi.
