It's on a main streets, so there is street noise and birds close by. There is a nice view of the beach across the street. So thats a bonus if you surf. Property is nice overall, but parking area is limited.

Plenty of parking although the resort was kind of empty when I went. Good: Beautiful room(condo) on high floor with nice balcony and view of ocean..can't say enough about that.
