"My wife and I are touring Australia and have had a wonderful experience with the exception of this place. Arriving from Melbourne on a 39 degree day (Celsius) we found the office to be closed. After waiting for a while in the heat, an agitated and rude gentlemen let us in to the office to check in. ..."
