Kamikochi Cheap Holidays

The room was clean and comfortable. The only negative was the walls are thin and I could hear my neighbors talking and doing stuff.

Loved how close hotel was to coffee shop, convenience stores, GU & Donky.

Very nice hotel in good location

This was my first time in Japan and am very happy I chose this hotel. The hotel is in walking distance of the train station and dining options. I looked forward every morning to taking my morning walks in the beautiful garden. The Tully's coffee shop they in the lobby area is a must do, drip coffee is to die for. The hotel is very clean and well as the room I stayed. I look forward to return to this hotel in the future.

The staff was amazing. So nice and helpful. Somehow they left a better impression than the beautiful scenary.

This hotel is a gem. Impeccable in every way, it does the Japanese culture of attention to detail proud!

The bed was hard and the AC in the room wasn't working, but the customer service was exceptional. I picked the tower view and it did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived and throughout our whole stay the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The location is also perfect because it is close to the shops without it being overwhelmingly busy. A bonus was that the limousine bus for the airport stops in front of the hotel.

Rooms were very clean, great location near the Akihabara strip, and awesome employees. Will definitely be back to this hotel.
