"Clean comfortable room but very noisy because of central heater or huge fan underneath. Asked to change the room but was told hotel fully booked. Reception ladies in the morning were much more friendly and helpful than the guys in the evening"

"Terrible hotel, very dirty. Room slightly cold. Cup and spoon for tea and coffee was dirty. No towels on arrival but were supplied afterwards."

"This was an absolute nightmare from finally getting into the property to leaving the following day and i was booked for 2nights.
