The people at the desk were very helpful and pleasent. The valet was amazing. We had trouble with unclean sheets. Everything else, location, air conditioner and room was great.

Staff was great For 6 days there were no wash rags, they ran out The safe malfunctioned twice Had to ask for compliments water, that should have been in the room. Room phone did not work. Body wash was not refilled

Yes there where shops nearby and the activities are more fir ages 18 and up

Had minor issues during check-in as there was some unexpected plumbing issue due to which water supply to all rooms was stopped. Staff was very proactive in resolving the issue within hours. Staff is very friendly and helpful in providing tips on local places and restaurants. Rooms are clean and close to mall and restaurants. Breakfast in hotel is excellent and with many options.
