Room was clean and in excellent repair. Helpful staff.

Good location with good amenities including the gym, spa and swimming pool. The facilities were very clean and the staff were outstanding. Overall it was a very positive experience. The only downsides were the slow lifts during peak hours and the lack of kitchen utensils in our room

Excellent, friendly and very polite staff. From the entrance door (excellent person called Khoda Raymond) and the entire staff (Specially Erika and Haris) were welcoming and ready to help.

Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dubai. It is in a great location downtown and is super easy to get to from the airport using the metro. I had the best experience across my whole stay from the bellboys and reception staff when I first arrived, to the cleaners and breakfast staff who provided the best efficient service daily. The hotel also has a shuttle to Dubai Mall and Kite Beach which was always on time and a nice addition to the stay. Thank you to all the team at Dusit Thani for amazing stay in Dubai.
