This hotel is great. Rooms are clean and large. Location is fantastic. Staff is friendly. The pool area could have more chairs but no big deal. I recommend the Atlantic Hotel.

My stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Las Olas, Florida was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm smiles and world-class service that set the tone for the entire visit. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect professional, attentive, and always a step ahead of my needs.
The property itself is stunning, with elegant décor that perfectly balances luxury and comfort. My room was immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, offering both breathtaking views and all the amenities I could ask for. Housekeeping maintained everything flawlessly throughout my stay.
Dining at the Ritz was a highlight every meal was fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious. The service team made me feel cared for at every seating. The spa and wellness facilities were also first-class, providing a truly relaxing escape.
What stood out the most was the genuine hospitality. It didn’t feel transactional; it felt personal. Everyone I interacted with made me feel valued, which is what makes Ritz-Carlton experiences so memorable.
I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking true luxury in South Florida. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
