There was baby cockroaches when we enter the room and inside the bath room. Also, dead mosquitoes on the bunk bed. Slippers nd toothbrush only 1 was given. Room airconf not cold. No kettle for boiling water.

The hotel was conveniently located near the Surabaya Airport and Immigration office, but it only provided a shuttle from and to the airport despite the immigration office being close.
