Lovely Kuta hotel. Great location for airport, waterbom park, restaurants ect. Very clean. The staff go above and beyond.

A great hotel within walking distance to everything you need. The facilities are great and the staff are absolutely wonderfull! Breakfast has many options available and it is a no fuss way to start the day. We will be back for another stay shortly. Thank you again for looking after us so well.

Travelling with small children, it meant we did not have to leave the hotel as all facilities, different pools, playroom etc were fantastic to keep everyone, adults included, happy. Great food, great staff, good choice of food options. Also, great restaurants within walking distance for a night out. Loved this resort.

Group of 10 of us stayed (6 adults and 4 kids - 12 to 2 years) and had a great time. Pros - good location in central Kuta for things like Waterbom, access to other restaurants etc. Rooms are very good size (quite large actually). Staff are incredible. Spa is so cheap and fantastic. Gardens are beautiful and relaxing. Cons - hotel is a bit older and not as well maintained as other hotels. It’s clean but doesn’t necessarily feel clean because it’s so dated. Pool, although great, is just a pool with no extra things for kids (no slides etc).
