Room was a bit tired Plug socket off way Broken window Heating temperamental as well as hot water

Clean room full kitchen nonworking washing machine

Everything, staff cleanliness local to Victoria Station Breakfast was amazing, just a note to get there early as stated in the hotel

The property was in a wonderful location with lots of access, the staff was very kind, and the room was well designed and comfortable

We stayed at Three Falcon Hotel for 4 nights. The room was very spacious, clean, & contemporary. The staff so friendly and very accommodating. Continental breakfast had a good variety but the personalized coffee was the cherry on the cake for me. Had dinner at the pub and I can say that it was true authentic Indian food - I had the butter chicken w/ bira rice - and I was very pleased with the quality & taste of the food. Chef kiss! Overall, I recommend this Three Falcons to all coffee & food lovers who enjoy boutique hotels :)

Loved this hotel. Everything about it was just great. From the service when we arrived to the ease with which they extended our checkout at no cost was above our expectations. The free drinks hour was also a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend this hotel for its location too.
