This resort is truly top-tier! I came to Jamaica to celebrate my birthday, and from the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was amazing. The property was beautiful, very clean, and the staff made my birthday celebration feel extra special. I absolutely loved my experience here. One tip: make sure to reserve the restaurants in advance, or you’ll mainly have the buffet as your dining option. Overall, I had an incredible time and will definitely be returning — hopefully before the end of the year!

Staying at the Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton was a great and grand experience! All of the employees were very nice, welcoming, professional, and overall the resort was simply beautiful and amazing! The food was superb, delicious, and amazingly great! I would recommend anyone to reside at the Grand Palladium if they are going to visit Jamaica!

We waited 2 hours at the Jamaican restaurant the first night and still left without dessert. Proper training of the restaurant staff is badly needed. ..."
