All the staff gave 5 star service. Everyone was so helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. On my first night my room 126 had noisy traffic outside but staff moved me next day to 123 which was much appreciated. My room looked onto the lovely pool area. Stayed there for 4 nights. Husband, wife and 12 year old boy. The pool on top floor was the highlight. Rooms were nice and clean. Beach was on walking distance. Cenang beach, which is closely, is one of the nicest beach on the island. We had a wonderful time !

We didnt have a beach view. We had a view of the marina. The pool was beautiful and everything was clean.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay here in Langkawi. From the moment we arrived, the team greeted us with genuine warmth and made each of us—from our youngest child to the grandparents—feel right at home. Every detail had clearly been thought through in advance, so check-in was seamless and our rooms were perfectly prepared for a family of seven. I truly recommend this property especially for family with kids!

Amazing hotel, very clean, the amenities are superb! We loved the pool on the 3rd floor, and the staff are extremely polite and friendly. We loved it and we wish the hotel and sll the staff the best. If we return to Langkawi we definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our family stay at Ritz Carlton Langkawi with our toddler. The room was impressive (very spacious, clean, ocean views - one of the nicest rooms we’ve stayed in), breakfast buffet was amazing and the hotel was very kid friendly. We appreciated the little things that customer service thought of - one day we came back to our room and there was a kids tent in the room! These little thoughtful touches made our stay memorable and I would definitely recommend this hotel and would come again!

Very nice resort with rustic charm to it. The staff is so humble and always smiling! Loved the Paloh restaurant within the resort. The musical evening on mondays add a luxurious feel to it..
