I had a great stay after all. The manager Agnes was very kind and very helpful. The hotel was very clean and the food was fantastic. I appreciated how kind the staff was. I will be back. Huge thank you to Agnes for the warm hospitality!

The room was very dusty which could’ve have been dusted better and aircon was constantly on - housekeeping turned it back on after we left it off, meaning the room was cold - front desk kindly gave us a portable heater, there was air purifiers luckily.

My 2nd stay. The room is clean as usual. The staff are courteous and friendly. Particularly check-in staff May was especially helpful and polite. We were given complimentary drink when the room was not ready, and also complementary breakfast for our stay (a pleasant surprise).
Overall, very enjoyable experience staying at Kowloon Shangri-la hotel. 👍👍👍👍👍
